When you upload photos or perform body scans, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Virtufy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on and AI measurement features.

You agree not to upload any content that is:

Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains malware or viruses.

4. Accuracy of AI Measurements

While Virtufy utilizes cutting-edge AI mapping technology, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in body measurements or clothing fit previews. Results may be influenced by factors such as lighting, camera quality, and posture. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Virtufy.
Use any automated system (crawlers, bots) to access the Service without permission.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Virtufy and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Virtufy and its licensors. Our trademarks and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Virtufy, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any inaccuracies in the AI-generated results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
